What if part of my suit doesn't fit?

If part of your suit, doesn't fit return the part(s) in question to the address below in the box it arrived in, or a smaller one if it protects it enough. Keep the part(s) that fit. Choose a standard mail service but we suggest you register the package. The returned product must be received undamaged, in new condition with all plastic and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse items that have been damaged significantly worn. You must e-mail us on returns@dickybow.ie specifying the replacement product and size. We only charge a shipping fee of €15.00. We will endeavour to send replacement product the same day, if the request is received before 12 noon.

Remember, all tags must be intact on the suit for returns.

What is your returns policy, for example if I don't like the product?

All products have a 10 day money back guarantee. You can return the whole product for any reason. Our guarantee is almost unconditional: You must e-mail us on returns@dickybow.ie, the returned product(s) must be undamaged, in new condition with all tags intact, you must put your name on or in the box. We reserve the right to refuse items that have been damaged significantly worn. Product must be returned within 10 days of purchase to qualify. Please send all returns to DickyBow, c/o Brian Terry, Suite A, Penrose House, Penrose Quay, Cork. We suggest you register the package.
